Well...here's a bit of context.
As an autistic person, I become obsessed with certain words. This can be know as adult echolalia. It's a little like an "earworm," except that it seriously repeats over and over and over in my brain and out of my mouth. I am almost positive it annoys people, but it's kind of a compulsion.
The repeating words don't just have to be songs either--it can be a group of words, a line of a song, or a quote from a favorite show. I've heard it described as scratching an itch when you say the word you're obsessing over.
This is a form of therapy for me--getting those echos out into the world in a more permanent way. Enjoy?
